Sade So far I used distributive property. After distributive property I got 14y^2-21y+14-4-4y^2. I combined like terms and ended up with 18y^2-21y+18=0. Are there still any steps left? Do I need to use the quadratic formula? sponsored 9 months ago 3

Divide by three to get 3 x (6y^2 - 7y + 6)
After that you can factor into 3 * (6y - __) * (y - __) or 3 * (2y - __) * (3y - __) or use the quadratic equation.
I'm sure you can figure it out from there.
14y² - 21y +14 - 4 + 4y² = 18y² - 21y + 10
There is no equation.
An equation requires an = sign and a value to right of = sign.
Is it all equal to zero? If it is, then yes.
if it wasn't and you just added it on by accident, then no.
