These are keloid scars so they're raised and super stubborn. But I'm desperate. I'm currently using Bio oil but it doesn't seem to work so well

Nothing will work to erase scars. I have some on my arm from an accident 50 years ago. once your skin is broken then the scar is there for life sorry to say.

It takes ages. I have a keloid on my thigh from a piece of glass. Wounded at age 8, a sheet of glass in the garage. At age 55, it's gone pale, but it's still there.
