    Yeah, it's likely that the GTX 750 Ti has gone bad, since putting in another GPU works fine on it. I doubt it has anything to do with your motherboard, if it did, then your motherboard would've been toast too. It's likely either a cooling issue (overheating), or a power delivery issue from the power supply. Do you know what power your PSU has?

    If different cards work then it's probably the card.

    The motherboard isn't going to just stop recognizing a specific card.

    Does the Video Card have any power plugs? Did those die?
    Does the card have a warranty? Can you contact the manufacturer and get a replacement?

    With no maker on the GPU, no PSU size, and no model number on motherboard, no accurate guessing can be done.
