    They didn't harass you so you can't sue them. Look for another job now, don't prolong it.
    Next time don't discuss any of your personal business at work, including your sexuality. That's just the way it is.
    And if some blowhard expresses opinions you find obnoxious, just ignore it. It's a very rare thing to not have to work with people whose opinions you disagree with, so just get used to it.

    No lawsuit. people are entitled to their opinions. You can't prove your hours were cut because of your opposition to someone else's political opinion.
