You do not need NaOH - you produce NaOH
    Balanced equation
    2Na(s) + 2H2O(l) → 2NaOH (aq) + H2(g)

    molar mass Na = 23g/mol
    2.3g Na = 0.1 mol Na

    Molar mass H2O = 18g/mol
    3.6g H2O = 0.2 mol H2O
    The Na is limiting

The reaction will produce 0.1mol NaOH
    Molar mass NaOH = 40g/mol
    Mass of 0.1 mol = 0.1*40 = 4.0g NaOH produced.
